Merricks Capital recently announced one of Sydney’s last remaining major CBD sites is on track for development, with Merricks Capital financing the acquisition by the Milligan Group of the strategic site located on the corner of Pitt and Hunter Streets in central Sydney.

Merricks Capital and Milligan Group have a pre-existing relationship, after also partnering on the refurbishment of two existing office buildings on York Street in Sydney’s CBD.
