Matthew joins Merricks Capital with over 10 years of experience in financial services in Australia and Ireland.
Most recently, Matthew was at alternative asset managers, Intermediate Capital Group (ICG), as principal, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue across Private banks, High Net Worth and Family offices nationally.
Before this, he spent time at Pendal Group and PineBridge Investments.

Dan is responsible for enhancing the existing strategic partner co-investment platform and engaging with strategic partners on co-investment opportunities. Dan supports the investment teams across deal origination, structuring and execution. Dan also supports the analysis and delivery of new products, special projects and special situation opportunities.
Dan has 10 years’ experience across commercial infrastructure and property transactional focused roles including the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance’s Infrastructure Contracting team where he worked on large scale infrastructure public private partnership projects. Dan worked for KPMG’s Infrastructure and Property Transaction group in the financial modelling team, advising on infrastructure and property transactions. Most recently Dan was with MaxCap in the investment team where he focussed on complex commercial real estate credit investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Merricks Capital, Richard was a Senior Manager at ANZ Property Risk for over 7 years. Working primarily with the Institutional Property Group, he was actively involved in the execution and management of commercial property loans of between $5 million to $100 million plus.
Prior to this Richard was a Certified Commercial Property Valuer for over 5 years with Knight Frank and later M3 Property.

Prior to joining Merricks Capital, Jen worked at MaxCap Group where she held the role of Investment Director, responsible for the origination, structuring, and negotiation of large and complex CRE debt transactions. Prior to joining Merricks Capital, Warren was COO at Three Sixty Property Group, a leading project marketing business operating across the eastern seaboard of Australia. Prior to this, Warren held senior roles with Bilfinger Project Investments Australia as an equity sponsor and consortium leader across social and economic PPPs in Australia and New Zealand, as well as origination and execution roles with Macquarie Group in structured finance, corporate advisory and venture capital. He began his career as a graduate in the corporate tax division with PriceWaterhouse (now PwC).
Warren holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne, a GradDIPCA from the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and an MBA from Melbourne Business School (University of Melbourne).
