Darren joined Merricks Capital in April 2025 as Managing Director, serving as a voting member of the Investment and Credit Committees. With over 20 years of investment experience in corporate real estate, Darren has been instrumental in large-scale developments and investments exceeding $2 billion. His extensive track record spans residential development, office, retail, industrial, childcare, and healthcare sectors. Darren’s current focus includes investment and market research. He also actively interfaces with investors in Merricks Capital’s Funds.
