Merricks Capital have partnered with Jindalee Road Wines to provide funding for the staged development of a greenfield vineyard in the Sunraysia region. Once complete, the vineyard will be one of the largest in Australia focusing on white wine varietals. Jindalee Road Wines will benefit from the increased average price of white wine grape varieties

The average value of wine grapes increased by 1% in 2021 to the highest level since 2008, including a 4% decrease in the average value of reds offset by an 11% increase in the average value of whites.

This will have positive influence on Jindalee Road Wines operations with the new development focusing on white wine varieties and in turn will benefit Merricks Capital and our investors.
