Merricks Capital is pleased to partner with Century Legend and Community Development Group (CDG) to provide a senior residual stock loan for its Victoriana Project.

Victoriana is a 17-storey contemporary residential building containing approximately 232 apartments. It’s designed and characterised by a multi-faceted curved façade that fans outward to the rear to maximise views of Albert Park Lake and the Golf Course. The building is completed to a genuine luxury quality and incorporates extensive resident amenities, including a 24-hour concierge, reception foyer, residents’ area, health and wellbeing centre, gymnasium, and function centre.

The National Housing Supply and Affordability Council’s State of the Housing System 2024 report found that the federal government’s ambitious target of building 1.2 million homes in five years will fall short by more than 250,000. This investment fits our core strategy of providing senior funding to the residential sector in Australia and New Zealand metro areas.
