Developer Alfasi Group is looking to reap its reward for an office tower it built speculatively and has since filled at trendy Cremorne, in Melbourne’s inner east, putting a half stake in the $250 million building on the market.
At 510 Church Street, the 10-storey building joins an expanding neighbourhood on the city’s fringe – encompassing the suburbs of Cremorne, Richmond and Burnley – which has attracted a growing number of blue-chip tenants and earned a reputation as a thriving tech and creative precinct.
