Richard is responsible for the management and execution of investments across our private credit strategy.

Prior to joining Merricks Capital, Richard was a Senior Manager at ANZ Property Risk for over 7 years. Working primarily with the Institutional Property Group, he was actively involved in the execution and management of commercial property loans of between $5 million to $100 million plus.

Prior to this Richard was a Certified Commercial Property Valuer for over 5 years with Knight Frank and later M3 Property.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University and Graduate Diploma in Property Valuations from RMIT. He is also a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV).
