As Financial Controller, Anthea is responsible for leading the day-to-day finance function, including preparation of monthly Board reporting, budgeting, forecasting, statutory financial statements, and external audits.

Anthea is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 10 years’ experience across professional services and industries in Australia and the UK. Prior to joining Merricks Capital, Anthea was Financial Controller for the London based subsidiaries of Lion Australia, a leading beverages company in Australasia. Prior to Lion UK, Anthea was Group Reporting Manager at Just Eat plc, a UK based tech company. Anthea has also spent 7 years at KPMG in both Melbourne and London, within Audit and Assurance with a particular focus on the FMCG industry.

Anthea holds a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting (CA) and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from RMIT.
