Merricks Capital completed a senior credit facility with the ICAM Duxton Port Infrastructure Trust (IDPIT), which has developed its first transhipment port on the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia. Batchelor Solar Farm

MC Power has constructed a greenfield 10 MW grid connected solar power plant in the Northern Territory. The Batchelor Solar Farm will add generation capacity to the Darwin-Katherine network and contribute to the NT Government’s target of 50% electricity supply from renewables by 2030.

Castle Residences (RSF)

Castle Residences Residual Stock Facility is the refinance of the residential component of a 37-storey mixed-use tower situated in a prime location in the southern part of Sydney’s CBD, near Hyde Park. Merricks Capital financed construction of the 131 residential apartments and a 122-room 5-star hotel, which was completed in late 2022.
